Introduction
Hi,
I hope you’ve had a great week, and I look forward to some (hopefully) time off during the Christmas holidays. I don’t know how it is where you live, but here in Sweden, we can take 2-3 weeks off during this time. Christmas is also a stressful time with many professional and personal deadlines, and praying that everyone will be healthy on Christmas Eve (when we celebrate Christmas in Sweden).
This week, we have a new version of Configuration Manager. Notable news this time around includes:
- Configuration Manager no longer supports SQL Server 2012 and 2014
- Support is added for Windows 11 24H2 and Windows Server 2025
- The MDT Integration with CM and Standalone is no longer supported with Configuration Manager.
These updates mean you should ensure that your or your customer’s environment meets these new requirements!

Have a great week!
/Daniel
